Are You Licensed & Insured?
Yes, we are a licensed and fully insured company in the state of Florida.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — most of our clients prefer to schedule service while they’re out. We’ll coordinate safe entry (key, keypad, garage, etc.) during your setup call. Of course, if you’d like to be home, we’re happy to work around you.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We get it — life happens. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products and tools. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance.
How do I pay for services?
We accept most major payment methods, including Credit, Debit, Cash. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes — in fact, you’ll usually work directly with Leah, the owner. Consistency is part of our promise. You’ll never wonder who’s walking through your door.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Cape Coral, Florida and nearby surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re in range, just reach out — we’ll confirm quickly.
Do you clean vacation rentals or Airbnbs?
Yes — vacation rental turnover is one of our specialties. We clean, reset, handle laundry, and keep your listing guest-ready between every stay.
Do you offer gift cards or cleaning packages?
We’re working on it! For now, one-time and recurring cleanings are available. Ask us directly if you’d like to purchase a cleaning as a gift.
